Asam Order uses account details, saved delivery locations, orders, staff permissions, cash and refund records, support conversations and notification subscriptions to provide its services.

Restaurant and rider access follows the assigned role, branch and delivery. Support conversations are available to the requester and the Asam Order administrator. Other restaurant staff cannot browse your support requests.

Location features ask for your permission. Area lookups, map services and navigation links may use external providers. Necessary cookies and browser storage keep your sign-in, basket, language and device preferences working. Rider web tracking requires the delivery page to stay active.

Use the Personal data request topic below to request a copy or deletion review. The administrator must verify the request and review order, financial and staff records before confirming what can be removed. Sending a request does not automatically delete an account. Signing out does not delete records.
