Use your own account and exact verified email. One account can order as a customer and open its approved work dashboard. Staff access comes from the owner invitation, not from choosing a role at sign-in.

Choose the order type in your basket. For delivery, confirm the destination and charge. For table QR orders, check the scanned table number. A rider completes cash delivery using the customer code and cash confirmation.

Check the order status, refresh after a connection problem, and use the restaurant contact on the order when available. If an action times out, check its saved result before retrying.
